Intuition is one of the most powerful tools you can access in your business. It’s not just something you call on when you’re stuck. It’s a steady guide you can walk with every day. But most of us weren’t taught how to use it. We were taught to think, strategise, analyse. To plan from the mind and ignore the gentle nudges that rise from within.
The shift happens when you start to trust that inner voice. When you stop outsourcing your decisions and instead pause, breathe, and check in with yourself. That’s where the real clarity begins. Not in the logic, but in the quiet space underneath it.
Your intuition is always speaking. But to hear it, you need to slow down enough to listen.

Creating the Space to Tune In
You don’t need a full ritual or a quiet house to tune into your intuition. What you need is space, space in your energy, your body, and your thoughts. For me, that often looks like grounding in with a few deep breaths, placing my hand on my heart, and asking: What is it I need to know right now?
That simple question has opened more doors than any spreadsheet or five-step strategy ever has.
If I receive a quick answer that feels light and clear, I know it’s intuition. If I hear something that feels heavy, critical, or pressure-filled, I pause. I know that voice isn’t truth. Instead it’s fear, expectation, or an old pattern trying to run the show.
Learning to Trust What Lands
Not every intuitive message comes through with a lightning bolt. Sometimes it’s subtle. Sometimes it comes through body language, emotion, or resistance. Over time, I’ve learned to recognise how it speaks to me. And you’ll learn your version too.
Some signs it’s your intuition:
- The insight comes quickly, before the mind has time to analyse or overthink it.
- It feels calm, even if the message asks you to stretch or change.
- There’s a deep sense of rightness, even when you can’t explain why.
Trust builds over time. It’s okay to second-guess in the beginning. What matters is coming back to your body, your energy, and your truth.
Your Business Responds to Intuition
Your business has its own energy. It feels when you’re connected and when you’re not. When you lead from intuition, your business feels supported, and it begins to guide you in return.
I’ve had so many moments where I sat down with a plan and felt completely blocked. And then, when I paused to ask my business what it actually wanted that day, the response was simple and surprising. Sometimes it wants space. Sometimes it wants me to create. Sometimes it wants me to rest so it can recalibrate.
This is where the real magic happens. When you move from force to flow. When you create from alignment, not pressure. When you treat your business like a partner in conversation, not a problem to solve.
Building the Relationship Gently
You don’t have to get it perfect. You don’t have to hear the “right” answer every time. What matters is that you keep coming back. Keep checking in. Keep practising the pause.
Over time, your intuition becomes more familiar than your fear.
You start to know the difference between a yes and a no in your body. You start to follow the excitement instead of the obligation. You begin to create from a place that feels deeply rooted in who you are.
And when you do that, your business grows, not just in results, but in resonance. It begins to reflect your truth. And that is the kind of business that feels good to show up for.
Final Reflections
You already have the answers. You already hold the wisdom. Intuition isn’t outside of you, it’s woven into your being. It doesn’t need to be earned or proven. It just needs to be heard.
The more you practice listening, the louder it becomes. The more you honour it, the more your business aligns with who you truly are.
Let that be your guide.
