Creativity Is Not Just About Art
When you look at the dictionary definition of creativity, it’s about using imagination or original ideas to create something. It’s inventiveness. It’s generating or recognising ideas, alternatives, and solutions. That includes problem-solving, communication, and business strategy. So when you show up in your business and start dreaming, planning, or developing new offers, you are being creative.
Creativity invites you to step outside your everyday reality. It offers a doorway into your inner world. It allows you to create from imagination alone. And this is where your connection to childhood often resurfaces, because that’s when imagination was purest.
You don’t have to have had a perfect childhood to remember what it felt like to imagine. Maybe you lost yourself in books or created whole new worlds in your mind. That was creativity. And it still lives in you now.
Imagination Is a Portal
The word “imagine” is one of my favourites. Because when you imagine, you create. You dream up a new offering, a client experience, a future that feels exciting and true. You visualise something that doesn’t exist yet, and that act alone opens a creative portal.
This is how we create a new life. A new path. A new business model. First, we imagine it. Then, we begin to take aligned action. But imagination always comes first.
You can imagine what kind of client you want to call in. You can imagine what kind of product or service you want to launch. You can imagine the message you want to share. That’s creativity. That’s manifestation. That’s leadership.
Everyday Creativity Is Sacred
Creativity doesn’t need to be a formal ritual. It can show up in your daily life—on a walk, while cooking, in the way you respond to challenges or organise your space. It might even appear in the way you see the world.
I often look at a leaf and imagine it becoming something else—maybe it floats away into another world, maybe it turns into a dragon. That’s my imagination. That’s my creativity. And it’s part of why I have such passion for my business.
When I’m grounded, my imagination flows. When I’m connected to the Earth Connection Chakra, when I feel held and safe—my creativity expands. I become more confident. I trust what wants to come through me.
Creativity Supports Confidence
Without creativity, I wouldn’t have this platform. I wouldn’t have a podcast, a YouTube channel, or the confidence to share my voice. And yes, like many of us, I’ve struggled with hearing my own voice back. But I moved through it. Because my desire to share my wisdom became stronger than my discomfort.
I want to lead in this space. I want to guide people in intuition, spirituality, chakras, and the relationship between self and business. That desire lives inside my creativity. It’s how I show up. It’s how I express my leadership. It’s how I anchor into who I really am.
Creativity isn’t just a gift, it’s a tool. It allows you to bring your soul’s purpose into form. It reminds you that your voice matters.
