Redefining Abundance
The standard definition of abundance is a very large quantity of something, more than you need. But the spiritual meaning goes deeper. Abundance is not about collecting or hoarding. It’s the appreciation of life in its fullness. It’s about being supported in your mind, body, and soul, once your basic needs are met.
Abundance can be a sense of alignment. A knowing that the universe provides. That you’re part of something bigger, something always flowing.
It’s not about striving for more, it’s about recognising what already is. And in the core of the Earth Connection Chakra, that feeling becomes tangible.
Too Much of a Good Thing
It’s possible to have an oversupply of even the most beautiful things, especially when your passion burns too hot. Think of someone so excited about what they do that they can’t stop talking about it. That fire is amazing, but it can also become overwhelming.
When your business becomes all-consuming, it’s easy to lose perspective. You start identifying with one single passion, forgetting that there’s so much more to you than just that.
This is abundance too, just in an imbalanced way. It’s a reminder that even creative fire needs grounding. That more isn’t always better. That passion without rest becomes depleted.
What Brings You Joy?
When I think about abundance, I think about the things that bring me joy. Creating art. Drawing. Painting. Walking in nature. Being around inspiring people. These aren’t luxuries, they’re signs of alignment.
That’s how I define abundance:
- Doing what lights you up, even in the small moments
- Feeling a sense of purpose in your business and your day
- Being deeply connected to what supports your health and joy
And when I’m in that energy, I feel more grounded. More inspired to move my body. To care for myself. To show up in my business with love.
Overflow vs. Overwhelm
Abundance doesn’t always mean aligned. Sometimes it looks like too many ideas, too many programs, too many commitments.
When you’re in that space, you might feel:
- A constant buzz of thoughts that won’t slow down
- Pulled in multiple directions without clarity
- Unsure whether the ideas you’re following are even yours
If your energy isn’t grounded, you may be absorbing from the collective, taking on unaligned thoughts, feelings, or expectations that aren’t your own.
That’s why anchoring into the Earth Connection Chakra is so important. It helps you sort what’s yours from what isn’t. It lets you filter the abundance into what’s aligned and life-giving, instead of overwhelming.
Multi-Passionate Doesn’t Mean Confused
I’ve had moments in my business where I wasn’t clear. Not because I lacked ideas, but because I had too many. And the pressure to niche, deeply and narrowly, pulled me out of alignment.
I’m multi-passionate. I support spiritual and creative entrepreneurs who have been taught to hide their gifts. I help them connect to their intuition, work with their chakras, and build loving relationships with themselves and their business.
This is my niche. It’s wide. It’s intuitive. And it’s deeply mine.
When I tried to force a narrower version of it, I lost myself. I became confused and disconnected, because I was listening to someone else’s version of what I should be.
Now, I know better. I’ve reclaimed what’s true for me.
Be Mindful of Who You Follow
Abundance in business can also look like gathering too many voices. Too many coaches. Too many courses. Hoping that one of them will finally give you all the answers.
But no one person holds all the wisdom you need.
You might work with different mentors for different things—strategy, systems, platforms. But at the end of the day, your deepest answers come from within. The Earth Connection Chakra helps you return to that inner knowing. It helps you feel safe trusting yourself again.
There’s nothing wrong with seeking guidance. But let it be guidance, not a substitute for your truth.

Abundance isn’t about overflow for its own sake. It’s about grounded joy. It’s the fullness of life, aligned with what matters to you. And the Earth Connection Chakra reminds you that you are held in that fullness, always.
