For a long time, I struggled to trust my intuition. Not because I didn’t have it, but because I’d been taught to seek answers outside myself. To look for validation. To ask someone else before trusting what I already knew.
I had to unlearn that. And one of the most powerful ways I did that was through learning and practising light language. It wasn’t something I found in a book or was told to do. It found me. And it slowly helped me feel safe enough to listen, speak, and eventually trust my inner knowing.

Learning to Receive Before Learning to Trust
Before I could trust my intuition, I had to learn how to receive it. That meant getting to know my own intuitive language, how my psychic senses worked, what signals I received, and how energy flows through me.
It wasn’t just about “hearing” messages. It was about allowing myself to:
- Notice which senses were strongest, like vision, sound, or feeling
- Sit with intuitive impressions without second-guessing
- Recognise that my body already knew the difference between a thought and intuition
That last part was key. Intuition feels clear. Thought feels questioning. Once I learned to feel that distinction, things began to shift.
Light Language Opened a Gateway
Light language is often described as a universal or multiversal language, a form of energy expression that bypasses the logical mind. When I speak it, I don’t always understand the words. But I feel the intention behind them. And so do others.
At first, I could only speak it with my eyes closed. That helped me disconnect from what others might think. It let me quiet the critical voice and drop fully into trust. Over time, it became something I could do more freely. In readings. In healings. In sessions. Even on video.
The more I let the light language move through me, the more I trusted my intuition, not just in sessions, but in life.
Trust Grew Through Embodiment
Light language didn’t just come through my voice. It moved through my hands, my body, and sometimes even in song. I’m not a singer. But when I allowed those sounds to come through during in-person healings, something shifted. Something opened.
I began using light language to support other creative and spiritual practices too, like making flower and crystal essences. I’d energetically conceive them, hold them, and speak light language into them. It became a way of honouring energy. And the more I used it, the more my own intuition sharpened.
Because when you allow something to move through you without controlling it, you stop questioning so much. You stop needing everything to make sense. And you start trusting what you feel.
Intuition Is Clear. Thought Is Not
This became one of my most important realisations. Intuition is always clear. It doesn’t ramble. It doesn’t debate. It just speaks.
Thought, on the other hand, tends to spiral. It raises questions. It offers doubt. That’s not bad, it’s just different. But when I’m at a crossroads, when I need to make a decision, take a turn, or choose what’s next, my intuition always feels calm. Even if it’s unexpected, it carries a grounded certainty.
That’s how I know it’s real. And practising light language has helped me feel the difference more clearly than ever before.
Practising Trust, One Step at a Time
Learning to trust your intuition doesn’t happen overnight. It happens in small moments, repeated consistently. I always encourage people to practise in tiny ways, every day. Not with pressure, but with curiosity and care.
You might start by:
- Tuning into how your intuition speaks, what senses it uses
- Asking simple questions and listening for the response
- Noticing where your body contracts or opens
- Letting yourself follow nudges without needing proof
And most of all, give yourself permission to play with it. That’s how your intuition grows stronger, through joy, not just discipline.
Intuition Loves Joy
Lightness opens intuition. When we’re in joy, our energy expands. Our vibration lifts. And our intuitive messages come through more clearly. That’s why I love to play with my energy, sometimes by taking funny selfies or doing little things that make me laugh.
It might sound silly, but these are the moments when I feel most connected. When my inner child is awake. When my intuition feels closest. And when I’m reminded that spiritual connection doesn’t have to be serious to be sacred.
Final Reflections
Speaking light language didn’t just give me a new skill. It gave me back my trust. It reminded me that I am intuitive. That I’ve always been. That my inner voice was never broken, just buried.
Now, when I speak light language, I speak from a place of truth. I let it move through me without controlling it. And in doing so, I honour the deepest part of me, the one that has always known.
