When I first started to think about sharing publicly, posting photos, recording videos, talking about what I believed, I hit an energetic wall. It wasn’t just nervousness. It was fear. Old fear. The kind that came from the days when I worked in the healthcare field, where we were warned not to speak too freely on social media. The message was clear: if you say the wrong thing, you could be deregistered.
Even after I left that world, those warnings echoed in my body. Every time I went to post something, a little voice would say, “Who are you to say this? What if you get it wrong? What if they come after you?” Visibility stirred up memories of being judged, misunderstood, or silenced.
If that’s happening for you too, you’re not alone. This chakra often holds those fears, and bringing them to light is part of the work. You don’t need to bypass them. You just need to recognise them and ask, what’s true for me now?
Visibility Is Not Just Video
Let’s redefine visibility. It’s not just showing up on video or speaking on stage. Visibility is every post, story, caption, and offer you share. It’s the energy you bring into a space. It’s how you communicate, visibly and invisibly, what you’re here for.
When I post a tip, a quote I love, or even a photo of a toy dog that makes me laugh, that’s visibility. I’m showing people what I value, what I believe, how I relate to life. That’s marketing. That’s self-expression. That’s visibility.
Think of it this way:
- Every piece of content you create is part of your visibility.
- Every visual or written post shares a piece of your energy.
- Even your humour, your softness, your passion, is visibility when it’s expressed.
When you let go of the idea that visibility must look a certain way, it becomes easier to find your own version.
Creative Expression Is Visibility
The Sacral Chakra is a wellspring of creativity. This is where your unique voice lives, and when it flows, your visibility becomes magnetic.
Creativity doesn’t always mean painting or designing. It can be how you write, how you speak, how you weave energy through your business. When you share your voice in a way that feels true, unpolished, maybe even raw, you’re showing people who you are.
I bring laughter, play, and movement into my content because that’s who I am. And that’s what makes my visibility real. When I touch something physical, a symbol of my business, a tool that anchors me, I’m connecting with my work in a deeply embodied way. That energy carries through everything I create.
Passion Is Magnetic
You don’t need to shout to be seen. But when you share from genuine passion, people feel it. That energy moves. That’s why video works for me, not because it’s perfect, but because my passion comes through.
I love what I do. I love helping people connect to their intuition, their business, and their energy system. And that love becomes part of my visibility. It’s not something I try to perform, it’s something I let show.
Let yourself be seen loving your work. Even if your voice shakes. Even if your post isn’t perfect. That passion is enough.
Boundaries Around Visibility
The Sacral Chakra also holds space for boundaries, especially boundaries that protect your energy around being seen.
Early in business, I had to set boundaries around when and how I showed up. My energy isn’t the same every hour of the day. Sometimes I’m on fire in the morning. Sometimes it’s mid-afternoon. And when things happen—like technical glitches or social media changes, I don’t let it derail me. I adapt. I re-centre. I show up differently, but still show up.
Boundaries don’t mean hiding. They mean knowing yourself well enough to choose when, how, and where you want to be visible. And they mean protecting your mindset when things go sideways.
The key is to keep your boundaries firm but flexible, strong enough to honour your needs, and soft enough to move with the rhythm of your business.
Content Creation with Intention
When you’re in the Sacral Chakra, content creation becomes less about obligation and more about connection.
It’s not just about getting something posted. It’s about choosing to create from a grounded, high-quality energetic space. Before you create, ask yourself: Is my energy high and clean right now? Or is it scattered, tense, or forced?
Not all high energy is good energy. If your energy is high but chaotic, your content might reflect that. But if your energy is high and grounded, confident, calm, clear, your message will land with more power.
Let your body guide you. Sit up. Breathe. Connect to your core. And then create from that place. It changes everything.
Visibility and the Subconscious Mind
The Sacral Chakra is closely connected to the subconscious. A lot of visibility blocks aren’t logical, they live in the subconscious mind, in old memories and internalised stories.
This is where your past experiences might rise. Beliefs about what’s safe to share, what people might think, or whether your voice matters. When that happens, don’t push it down. Pause. Feel it. Ask where it’s coming from.
Trust your inner knowing. If you sense, hear, or feel something moving through, listen. No one else can tell you what your gifts are, or how they should work. You know. And that knowing lives in your body.
