It’s also one of the most potent centres for visibility, because when you lead from your heart, your visibility becomes something real. Something people can feel.

We often assume visibility means video. But visibility is anything that allows others to witness your energy, your message, your presence. That includes posts, graphics, reels, audio, even a heartfelt caption. It all counts. And sometimes, recognising that can take the weight off your shoulders.

Visibility Isn’t Just About Being Seen

People tend to think visibility has to be big and bold, like being live on video or sharing every detail of your life. But visibility can also be soft and grounded. It can be a quiet offering that still reaches exactly who it’s meant to reach.

You’re probably already more visible than you realise. Every piece of content you create is a form of visibility. Every time you share from your truth, you’re being seen. That’s worth celebrating.

Of course, video brings a different level of connection, it lets people hear you and see you. And yes, that can bring things up. Vulnerability. Fear. Resistance. But all of that is workable. With the right support and the right timing, you’ll find your own way in.

Filter Advice Through Your Heart and Business Energy

You’ll be given a lot of advice in business, some helpful, some not. And while listening to others can be valuable, you always want to filter everything through your own heart, your energy, and the energy of your business.

Just because advice is well-intentioned doesn’t mean it’s right for you. I’ve been given so many strategies over the years that simply weren’t aligned. They might have worked for someone else, but not for me.

This is where your inner discernment matters:

  • Is this advice taking me off my aligned path, or guiding me deeper into it?
  • Am I feeling expansive and empowered by this, or contracted and confused?
  • Does it honour my values, energy, and vision, or override them?

Listen first to yourself. The heart knows. Your business knows. When you stay in connection with both, you’ll know what to follow and what to release.

Healthy Relationships Support Visibility

Visibility isn’t just about showing up for others. It’s also about the relationship you have with yourself and your business. A healthy, grounded relationship with your business helps you tune into the right timing for your creative work. It helps you know when to go live, when to speak, and when to rest.

There are 24 hours in a day. Not every hour is the right one for visibility. Tune in and ask, “Is this the time for me?” Sometimes 6am might feel perfect. Other days, it won’t. The more in tune you are with your own rhythm, the more easefully , ou’ll show up.

And remember—people who engage with your work, even through a freebie or a download, are still your clients. Value them. Speak to them as such. Create from a place of respect, regardless of the transaction.

You Get to Redefine How You Do Video

If traditional video feels overwhelming, you can find other ways to show up. You don’t have to be fully on-screen. You can use slides with voice overs. You can create audio with gentle visuals. You can take a soft, steady approach.

People learn in different ways. Some want to see. Some want to hear. Some want both. You don’t have to cater to everyone, you just need to honour your own style of delivery.

The key is presence. When you show up with care and clarity, your energy will come through, no matter what the format looks like.

Honour the Emotional Weight of Being Seen

Videos can bring things up, especially if you’re not used to being seen or heard in that way. For introverts, this can feel extra challenging. Even if there’s a part of you that loves to share, another part may need time to feel safe doing it.

That’s why self-care is so important. After filming or going live, take time for yourself. Refill your energy. Check in with how you’re feeling. Do something grounding. Visibility is an energetic exchange, it’s okay to need recovery time after offering your presence.

And if you need to practise twenty times before you record? Do that. If you need notes nearby? Use them. There’s no one right way to do this.

You can create from a place of nurture and care. You can set boundaries that support your energy. You can lead with softness and still be powerful.
