The Full Moon is one of my favourite times to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what’s truly aligned. It’s not just a celestial event, it’s an invitation to let go. A beautiful checkpoint in the rhythm of life and business that asks: What’s no longer serving you?
When we hold onto thoughts, patterns, beliefs, or even old offers that are no longer aligned, it clutters our energy. It blocks our intuition. It makes it harder to hear the subtle nudges that would otherwise guide us with ease.
And when we’re in business, especially a business led by intuition, that clarity matters. Your ability to receive, decide, and act from truth is directly tied to what you’re holding. That’s why the Full Moon is such a potent time to clear the field.

Releasing in Alignment with the Moon
The Full Moon is about release. It’s about letting go of what you’ve outgrown, not just physically, but emotionally, energetically, and mentally. That could be something as tangible as a product or service, or something more internal like an outdated belief or illusion you’ve been carrying.
Sometimes, it’s a particular offer you loved creating. But when you tune in, you realise it’s not right anymore, not for where you’re headed, not for how you want to feel. Letting go of something you once loved can feel confusing, even sad. But it can also be freeing. It creates room for what’s next. And sometimes, you might return to it later with new energy. But for now, releasing it is the aligned move.
And that’s the gift of Full Moon energy. It gives you permission to ask:
- What am I holding onto that no longer supports me or my business?
- What’s been weighing on my heart or clouding my clarity?
- Where am I gripping instead of allowing?
When you create space, your intuition returns with ease.
Looking at the Star Sign and House
Each Full Moon brings a specific frequency, depending on the sign and house it’s moving through. That gives you even more clarity about what might need to shift.
For example:
- If the Full Moon is in Cancer, you might feel emotional or notice family dynamics surfacing, those can affect your business energy too.
- If it’s in the 10th house, you might be called to reassess your public image, career path, or how you’re showing up in your work.
- A Full Moon in the 3rd house might stir up communication patterns or learning habits you’ve outgrown.
These are energetic signposts. They don’t tell you exactly what to do, but they help focus your reflection. Instead of facing a vague cloud of everything, you get a glimpse into the areas that need attention most.
When Your Intuition Feels Blocked
It’s common to notice a drop in intuitive clarity around the Full Moon, especially if you’re holding too much. Overwhelm, racing thoughts, physical tension, or shallow breathing are signs that something is ready to move.
I’ve felt it too, those moments when my intuition pulls back, not because it’s gone, but because I’m too full to hear it. That’s when I know it’s time to pause and release.
Even just naming what needs to go can bring relief. Letting go doesn’t mean you failed. It means you’ve outgrown something. It means your energy is recalibrating.
Rituals That Support the Release
There’s no one “right” way to work with Full Moon energy. But there are rituals that can help you ground and move through it with more ease.
You might choose to:
- Write down what you want to release and burn the paper as a symbolic gesture of letting it go
- Create intuitive journaling prompts that help uncover hidden attachments or outdated beliefs
- Bury your release list in the garden as a way of offering it back to the earth
- Sit in meditation and ask your business directly: What are you ready to release?
The act doesn’t need to be dramatic. It just needs to be intentional. You’re not trying to fix anything. You’re creating space for something new to arrive.
Final Reflections
The Full Moon offers a rhythm we can lean into. It reminds us that we’re not meant to carry everything forever. That release is a natural part of growth. And that our businesses, like us, thrive when given space to breathe.
So the next time you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unclear, pause. Look to the moon. Tune in to what’s ready to be let go. And know that every time you release, you invite your intuition to speak a little louder, a little clearer, a little more often.
