Intuition is one of the deepest, most present forces in my business. It shapes what I create, when I rest, how I serve, and what direction I take next. But it’s not something I just “tap into” when I need a quick answer. It’s a living relationship, one I honour, one I practise, and one that keeps evolving over time.
I didn’t always trust it fully. There were moments early on where I second-guessed, where I asked too many questions, where I wasn’t grounded enough to receive what was actually trying to come through. But the more I’ve built trust with my intuition, the clearer and more confident my decisions have become.

Everyday Intuition in Action
There are so many ways I use intuition in my business, and it’s now second nature. That didn’t happen overnight. It’s come from years of practice. And even now, I still get things wrong sometimes. But I don’t expect perfection. I expect presence. I expect honesty. And I stay open to being surprised.
Here are some of the ways it shows up for me:
- When I’m deciding whether to join a program or training, free or paid, I ask my business directly, then give it space to answer.
- Sometimes the answer is immediate. Other times, it takes a day or so. But when it lands, it’s always clear.
- When I’m speaking to a potential coach/mentor, I pay attention to my body’s response. My whole system gives me a “yes” or a “no” based on how aligned they are for me.
- If I’m grounded, those signals come through quickly. If I’m not, if my feet aren’t on the floor or I’m in a reactive state, it can take longer to receive the message clearly.
- I notice the presence of certain patterns, like NLP being used to manipulate rather than support, and when that happens, my intuition lets me know immediately: this is not right for you.
These decisions don’t come from fear. They come from clarity. And I’ve learned to trust them.
Tuning In From the Start of the Day
My intuition begins speaking the moment I wake up. Before my mind kicks in, I’ll get a feeling, whether today is a day for creating, for resting, or for showing up fully in business. I used to ask specific questions each morning, like: Should I work today? How long? If not, why not?
That practice helped create space for my intuition to land clearly. Now, it comes through instantly. But it started with consistent, curious asking. And that asking built the connection.
Intuition in Client Work
When I’m in session with a client, my intuition is always active. I have a structure for my sessions, but I allow it to shift based on what comes through. Sometimes I’ll be prompted to ask a specific question. Sometimes the client’s business energy brings through something that needs to be addressed.
If we’re doing a meditation or visualisation, I never use a script. I trust my intuition completely to guide the journey, where we go, what we explore, what needs to be held. And that trust has created some of the most powerful, transformative sessions I’ve ever witnessed.
Receiving Guidance for Content and Offers
I don’t create content just for the sake of it. I tune in and ask: What wants to come through today? That might lead to writing something in Asana, jotting it in a notebook, or starting the bones of a post I’ll refine later. But it’s always guided. It’s never forced.
And when it comes to services, offers, or freebies, the ideas come in fast. My mind loves to offer a truckload of possibilities. But I don’t act on them all. I ask: Which one is aligned for now? Sometimes the answer is, none of them right now. That moment of pause protects my energy. It keeps me on path. It prevents me from creating things that dilute my work or stretch me too thin.
Practical Guidance, Grounded Confidence
When I tune into my business and ask questions, the answers don’t always come instantly. But I give them time. I let them land. I hand the decision over to my business, let it settle in my body, and return to it when the clarity is ready.
This has helped me build incredible confidence, not in the sense of being perfect, but in knowing I can trust the decisions I make. Even if something doesn’t go as expected, I don’t second-guess myself. I stand by the choice. I know I was grounded in the moment I made it.
That’s one of the biggest benefits I’ve noticed: the confidence I feel in myself, in my business, and in how I show up. You can even hear it in my voice. You can see it in my body. This is what intuition has built in me.
Final Reflections
I don’t just use intuition in big moments, I live it in my business. It’s in the energy I hold. It’s in the way I rest. It’s in the choices I make each day that honour not just the work, but the rhythm that supports it.
This isn’t about doing it perfectly. It’s about building a relationship—with yourself, your business, and the energy that wants to guide you. And when you allow that, everything begins to flow with more ease, more clarity, and more joy.
